Ysabeaux "Ysa" Ng is a Los Angeles-based director, screenwriter, and AFI Conservatory graduate. She previously worked as the Director's Assistant to Ang Lee and is developing a slate of narrative work, including the feature adaptation of her short film A Faded Yellow.

Her lens is aimed at intimate, performance-driven stories where characters struggle to express love across conflicting belief systems, as differences in emotional language fuel tension and fracture. Her work has been recognized by Final Draft's Big Break, the ISA Fast Track Fellowship, AFI Fest, WorldFest Houston, and Cinequest, among others.
